How do I purchase tickets?
Click the "Purchase Tickets" button on this page, or click here to pay by credit card. Cash payments are also accepted in person at the Cedar Hill location only, after each service, inside of the apparel store located in the foyer, where you will then be registered at our on-site registration station and receive your confirmation email the same day.
What's included with my ticket?
Every ticket includes a buffet meal and seating, along with live entertainment, a silent auction, and a full evening of celebration honoring Oscar D. Epps, Sr.
Can I pay with cash?
Yes. Cash payments are accepted in person at the Cedar Hill location only, after each service, inside of the apparel store located in the foyer, where you will then be registered at our on-site registration station and receive your confirmation email the same day.
What's the difference between a ticket and a reserved table?
Individual tickets are general admission with open seating. Reserved tables of 8 offer premium seating at the front of the venue, near the guest of honor — ideal for families, friend groups, or colleagues who want to celebrate together.
Will I receive a ticket?
Yes. After purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with your digital confirmation pass and a unique order number. Bring your confirmation email or order number to check-in on the night of the event.
What should I wear?
Semi-formal attire. Think cocktail dresses, suits, or dressy separates. The evening is an elegant celebration — dress to dance and be photographed.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes. The Waxahachie Civic Center offers complimentary on-site parking. [Confirm specific details with venue closer to event date.]
Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred with prior approval by submitting a name change request via email to Epps60th@gmail.com.
